Rather than simply decluttering or placing items into containers, our process considers how a space is used, how it should feel, and how it integrates with the surrounding home. We thoughtfully plan layouts, curate organizing products, and implement solutions that support your routines while elevating the overall environment.


The result is a space that works beautifully, looks refined, and is designed to be maintained long after the project is complete. 


For projects that require full interior design or structural changes, we collaborate with trusted design professionals. 


We are a design-focused professional organizing company, which means we carefully consider style, function, and aesthetics in ever project. For projects that involve extensive interior design, structural changes, or specialized design elements, we may collaborate with an interior designer and/or trades to ensure the best outcome. We have trusted designers we work with, or clients are welcome to use their preferred designer. This approach allows us to focus on creating organized, functional spaces while ensuring that any design elements are expertly executed. 


We serve clients throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, including the Main Line, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and parts of New Jersey. 


This consultation is a paid, one-time appointment designed for us to walk through your space together - either in person or virtually so we can better understand your goals, offer tailored recommendations, and determine the best approach. After your consultation, we'll follow up with a customized proposal outlining the ideal services for your project. No obligation, just clarity. 


A consultation is for potential clients who would like to hire our team for hands-on organizing or relocation services.


A strategy session is for clients who want expert guidance to implement on their own or with a contractor. This service includes a personalized action plan. 


Absolutely. All meetings, conversations, and questions are between us.

We work on a project-based pricing model rather than hourly rates. Each project is thoughtfully scoped following a consultation so we can provide a clear, all-inclusive investment for the work outlined.

 

Most projects typically begin at $2,500, with final pricing based on the size of the space(s), volume of items, complexity, level of client involvement, and design or sourcing needs. Contact us for more pricing information. 


Schedule a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with us so we can discuss what needs to be addressed, what rooms/areas you want organized, and any other details you would like to include. If everything sounds good, we will then schedule a time for an In-Home or Virtual Consultation.


We work on a project-based model rather than hourly sessions. Even small projects are scoped as complete transformations to ensure the work is efficient, thoughtful, and high-touch.


Most projects, even single-space projects typically begin at $2,500, with final pricing based on the specifics of your space, volume or items, complexity, and level of client involvement.

The Curated Home Company team comes prepped and ready to start your project. No prep work is needed on your part before we arrive. We begin with sorting and will need your assistance with the editing phase (if needed) which is determining want you want keep, donate, discard, or relocate. Once this step is completed, you are free to go about your day. We will complete the remainder of the organizing session.


Most projects include thoughtfully curated organizing products selected specifically for your space, lifestyle, and aesthetic. After your consultation and planning phase, we present recommendations for approval before anything is purchased. 


Organizing products are not included in your project investment. When products are part of a project, a procurement fee reflects the expertise and management involved in selecting and overseeing them from start to finish. For projects that require an extensive amount of product, a retainer fee may be requested. 


Absolutely. We always evaluate what you already have and incorporate existing products whenever they function well for the space. If additional solutions would improve efficiency or aesthetics, we'll present recommendations for your approval. 


We strongly recommend allowing us to source all organizing products for your project. This ensures that everything fits, functions, coordinates perfectly, and helps us maintain the high-quality, seamless results we're known for. While clients are welcome to provide inspiration or examples, having us manage product selection and procurement ensures a smoother process, avoids delays, and guarantees the best outcome for your space. 


Yes. Once we've completed your initial organizing project, you can join our exclusive The Curated Home Collective - a membership designed to keep your spaces beautifully maintained all year long. Choose monthly, quarterly, or custom sessions, with the option to prepay and receive exclusive savings. Learn more about The Curated Home Collective. 


We require a 50% deposit up front with remaining balance due at the completion of the project. 


We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards.
